New Health/Well-being Magazine Series
SASKIA THUOT COMES TO TVA THIS FALL
TVA is proud to announce that host Saskia Thuot will be joining its large TV family this fall, in a new magazine series called Bien. Focusing on health and well-being, the show will be taped in Quebec City and developed by Tandem Télévision, in collaboration with Quebecor Content.

A Feel-Good Show
This fall, Saskia Thuot will be on a mission to help viewers feel good in mind, body and spirit, and share that feeling with the people around them, in a weekly 30-minute format that will be both entertaining and inspiring. The show will deal with health, nutrition, psychology, fitness, sexuality, family, personal development and many other topics that contribute to general well-being. The goal is to share thoughts, resources and practical tools, with the help of collaborators who take a deeply human approach to your well-being, including various experts, doctors, writers, psychologists and artists.
“Health, well-being, self-esteem…these are words that I take to heart and that I try to live by on a daily basis,” explains Saskia Thuot. “Feeling good about ourselves should be our main goal in life. I’m really looking forward to exploring these topics with you every week this fall as host of this new TVA series.”
